All products sold on this website are digital downloads. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Digital Product Policy.

Non Physical Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to download your purchased digital product(s). This link will be available:

• Immediately on the order confirmation (thank you) page
• And, if applicable, via your order confirmation email

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

If you experience any issues with your download (e.g., corrupted file, incorrect file received), please contact us at letschatminis@wiltrichs.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
